Couples Therapy

Finding the Way Forward

Couples holding hand

Couples therapy is for people who are in a relationship, married or not. The goal of couple's therapy is to improve the couples' relationship, and can also help couples decide whether they should stay together.

Therapy often includes sessions designed to improve problem-solving, build communication skills, and identify life goals and relationship responsibilities.

Other common issues include infidelity, financial problems, illness, anger issues and other life changes.

Our Specialisations

Integrative counsellors focus on tailoring the therapy to their clients, and not the client to the therapy.

By combining elements from different schools of psychological theory and research, we offer you a flexible and inclusive approach to treatment.
