What is Integrative Therapy?
Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy is an approach that combines different therapeutic tools and methods to fit the needs of the individual client.
An integrative therapist, therefore, works with each client as a unique individual and helps to make a program of therapy that suits each client's personal needs and issues.
We focus on a person's cognitive, behavioural, spiritual, emotional, social and physiological aspects.
Our Integrated Approaches
Integrative counsellors focus on what works and on why it works to tailor the therapy to their clients, and not the client to the therapy.
By combining elements drawn from different schools of psychological theory and research, integrative therapy becomes a more flexible and inclusive approach to treatment than more traditional, singular forms of psychotherapy.
